ABOUT MARI

Movement should support the life you want to live.

Practical fitness for active people, shaped by a physiotherapy background and a belief that bodies are adaptable.

How this guidance is prepared

Mari PhysioFit publishes general movement education from Marianna’s approved guidance and the sources listed on each article. Some explanations use AI-assisted editorial support. Updates reflect changes to the page; they do not imply an individual clinical review.

A MOVEMENT-FIRST PERSPECTIVE

Build options, not fear.

I'm Marianna—Mari for short. I created Mari PhysioFit to make movement education clear, practical and useful beyond a clinic or a perfect training week.

My approach brings a physiotherapy background into everyday fitness: build strength, explore mobility you can use, understand how to adjust a movement and keep the wider goal in view.

This website is not here to diagnose you or promise a quick fix. It is here to help you understand general movement ideas, try appropriate starting points and ask better questions about the life and activities you want your body to support.

WHAT MARI BELIEVES

  1. 01

    Strength is capacity.

For carrying, climbing, training, playing and staying ready for active plans.

  2. 02

    Mobility should be usable.

Range is more helpful when you can control it and connect it to real movement.

  3. 03

    Progress needs options.

A movement can be made smaller, slower, more supported or more demanding without becoming a judgement.

  4. 04

    Honest guidance builds trust.

General exercise has value and limits. Both should be explained clearly.

SCOPE & TRUST

What you can expect here.

Clear explanations, adaptable routines and careful language about what movement can and cannot do.

General education can help you explore options. Individual symptoms, medical conditions and rehabilitation need personalised assessment and care.
